7:30 a.m.: Boat departure to Coiba Island (~1 hour)

This policy applies to all fixed-date group tour reservations operated within Panamanian territory, for both domestic and international travelers. Its purpose is to ensure clear and fair conditions that protect the customer experience and the proper functioning of the tour operator, considering advance logistics, coordination with suppliers, and group service quality.
🏷 Nature of the Service
These services are fixed-date group tours with limited spots and predefined logistics. They include transportation, meals, entrance fees, experiences, guides, and operational management.
By booking, the client acknowledges and fully accepts this policy.
🚫 Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@panamaget.com.
All cancellations carry a fixed fee of $25 per person, non-refundable under any circumstances.
This amount covers administrative procedures, supplier payments, and personalized assistance.

More than 30 days: 100%, minus the $25 handling fee.

💰 Refunds: Timeframes and Methods
Refunds will be processed within up to 20 business days from the confirmed cancellation or the tour date (whichever occurs later).
Payment method and refund form:

Bank transfer → same account.

Credit/debit card → same card.

Cash → at the office, upon prior coordination.
🗓 Date Changes
Accepted up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability. Cost:

$20 per person (1 or 2 people).

$15 per person (3 or more).
Additionally, the $25 handling fee applies if it was not previously charged. Only one change per reservation is allowed, valid within the next 6 months.
🔄 Reservation Transfers
The client may transfer their spot to another person with at least 48 hours’ notice, by emailing the request and the new participant’s information.
Administrative fee: $10 per person.
Transfers are not accepted on the same day of the tour.
🚨 Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Agency
In case of cancellation due to logistics, safety, weather conditions, or failure to meet the minimum group size, the client may choose between:

Full refund, or

Rescheduling without penalty.
The agency will notify as far in advance as possible and offer available alternatives.
⛑ Force Majeure of the Client
Considered force majeure: serious illness, accident, death of an immediate family member, or a documented emergency.
Not considered: job or shift changes.
Notification must be in writing, with evidence submitted within 5 business days after the tour date. The agency will evaluate the case and may offer a partial refund or rescheduling without penalty. The $25 handling fee is non-refundable.

If the tour cannot take place due to external causes (road closures, protests, natural phenomena, or health emergencies), the following will apply:

⏰ No-Show and Tardiness
Failure to appear or late arrival is considered no-show. No refund will be issued. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the indicated time.
🏨 Medical Conditions and Responsibility
The client must inform of any relevant medical or physical condition before booking. Some tours are not suitable for pregnant individuals or people with reduced mobility. The agency may refuse reservations if it considers the activity unsuitable, prioritizing group safety.
🧭 Client Behavior
The agency reserves the right of admission and continued participation. Any aggressive, risky, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
✒ Acceptance
Partial or full payment for the service implies complete and unconditional acceptance of this policy. Clients are advised to read it carefully before confirming their reservation.

Coiba National Park lies in the Pacific Ocean, southwest of Veraguas Province, Panama. This protected area encompasses Coiba Island—the largest island in the Central American Pacific—along with 38 surrounding islands and islets. Renowned for its marine biodiversity and unique ecosystems, Coiba is a must-visit destination for nature-based tourism.

📍 Location: Albrook Mall, Pasillo del Dinosaurio
From there, we’ll begin the overnight journey to Veraguas to reach the embarkation port at sunrise.
Responsible tourism: we follow all of the park’s environmental conservation rules.
