Day 1. Panama – Istanbul

Please arrive 3 hours prior at Tocumen International Airport to board Turkish Airlines flight TK-800, departing at approximately 18:45 to Istanbul. Overnight on board.

Day 2. Istanbul.

Arrival on the international flight at the impressive Istanbul Airport (IST) at 15:30. Opened in April 2019, it is currently the largest airport in Europe and one of the largest in the world. After disembarking, clearing immigration, and collecting your luggage, please proceed to our meeting point at Exit Gate 8. Meet our drivers for the transfer to the hotel. Check-in and accommodation. Free time to rest.

Day 3. Discover Istanbul.

Breakfast. Included excursion: “GOLDEN HORN & BOSPHORUS PEARLS” (lunch not included).
Departure at approximately 08:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide).
Visit the former Jewish quarter of Balat and the Greek district of Fener, enjoying magnificent views of the Golden Horn. Continue to the Cathedral of St. George, the main patriarchate of the Greek Orthodox Church. Then visit the Süleymaniye Mosque, designed by renowned Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan, home to the largest dome among Istanbul’s mosques.
Next, head to the Spice Bazaar, a charming marketplace full of color and aromas—ideal for purchasing teas, herbs, dried fruits, local sweets, and of course, spices.
Conclude with a Bosphorus cruise, the strait that divides the city between Europe and Asia, offering stunning views of Ottoman fortresses, palaces, waterfront mansions, and the bridges connecting both sides of the city.
Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 4. Free Day for personal activities.

Optional excursion: “JEWELS OF CONSTANTINOPLE” (includes lunch at a traditional restaurant).
Departure at approximately 08:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide). Explore the historic peninsula and discover the remnants of the empires that shaped modern Istanbul: the Roman Hippodrome, once the social center of Constantinople for thousands of years—see the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Obelisk of Constantine, and the German Fountain. Visit the Blue Mosque, famous for its more than 20,000 handmade ceramic tiles from Iznik. Enjoy a panoramic view of Hagia Sophia, built in 537—a masterpiece of architecture that has served as a church, mosque, and museum. From the outside, its massive dome remains an extraordinary engineering feat and one of the largest domes in the world.

Continue with the majestic Topkapi Palace, home to Ottoman sultans for more than 400 years. Visit the royal gardens, kitchens, and treasury rooms. Discover the mysterious Harem, once home to the sultan’s wives and children, renowned for its lavish decoration. Continue to Aya Irini Church, a Byzantine church that was never converted into a mosque, and end the tour at the Grand Bazaar, one of the world’s largest and oldest covered markets, where bargaining is a tradition.
Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 5. Istanbul – Ankara – Cappadocia

Breakfast (lunch box) and early departure (approx. 06:00, time to be confirmed by the guide) to Ankara for a panoramic visit of Türkiye’s capital and the Mausoleum of Atatürk, founder of the Republic.
On the way to Cappadocia, stop at the Salt Lake for photos, then visit a Caravanserai, a Silk Road-era lodging.
Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 6. Cappadocia

We suggest the optional HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE (subject to weather conditions).

Breakfast. Departure at approximately 08:00 to explore this fascinating region, shaped by volcanic lava more than 3 million years ago. Start at the Göreme Open-Air Museum, a monastery with chapels carved into volcanic rock and decorated with 13th-century frescoes. Continue through the area’s breathtaking valleys with “otherworldly” landscapes, including the iconic Fairy Chimneys. Stop to enjoy panoramic views of several of the region’s most famous volcanic rock valleys.
Lunch en route (not included).

Continue to the Cappadocia Underground City, one of many impressive engineering works built by ancient communities for protection throughout history. At the end of the tour, visit a carpet center to learn about traditional craftsmanship and a precious stone/jewelry center featuring exclusive local designs.
Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Optional Hot Air Balloon Ride Details

Approx. 2 hours / Spanish-speaking assistance / round-trip transfers from/to the hotel.
Operation depends on weather conditions. In case of cancellation, the excursion may be rescheduled for the next day (subject to availability), replaced with the balloon excursion in Pamukkale and/or a combo of excursions, or fully refunded.
Departure is around 05:30 to allow enough time, as balloons fly only early in the day to enjoy sunrise views and avoid air currents. Basket capacity depends on the balloon, typically 20–24 passengers. Upon arrival (around 06:00), you can watch the balloon preparation—an unforgettable sight as it inflates with the burners before everyone boards.

Day 7. Cappadocia – Pamukkale

Breakfast (lunch box). Departure at approximately 06:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide) to Pamukkale to visit ancient Hierapolis and the Cotton Castle, a true natural wonder featuring giant white terraces, stalactite-like formations, and natural pools. The name “Hierapolis” comes from Greek meaning “holy city,” referencing the many temples and religious sites that once existed there. One of the most remarkable features is its ancient theater, which could host thousands of spectators and remains largely preserved today.
The city became famous as a spa and healing destination thanks to its thermal waters and white mineral terraces known as Pamukkale (“Cotton Castle” in Turkish). Pamukkale and Hierapolis are jointly listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for their historical significance and natural beauty. The region is also known for cotton production, and you will have the opportunity to view locally made textile products.
Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 8. Pamukkale – Selçuk – Izmir/Kuşadası

Breakfast. Departure at approximately 08:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide) to visit the House of Virgin Mary, located on a nearby hill. This site is revered as the final residence of Jesus’ mother, who—according to Christian tradition—spent her last years in Ephesus under the care of the Apostle John. Today, it is an important pilgrimage site for both Christians and Muslims, who consider it sacred.
Lunch en route (not included).

Pass through Selçuk for a panoramic visit, appreciating the Ottoman castle, the Basilica of St. John, and the Temple of Artemis, which established Ephesus as a major ancient religious and cultural center (admissions not included). Continue to a specialized leather showroom, featuring high-quality products made from lambskin, renowned for their lightweight pieces.
Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 9. Izmir/Kuşadası – Free Day. Free day for personal activities.

Optional excursion: “CHIOS – A GREEK PARADISE”
Departure approx. between 06:00 and 07:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide). Transfer from the hotel to the port of Çeşme. After immigration, take the ferry to charming Chios. Upon arrival, visit the picturesque village of Mesta, a fascinating labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets dating back to Byzantine times. Then continue to Pyrgi, one of the island’s most distinctive villages, known for its black-and-white geometric house patterns called “xysta,” creating a truly unique visual contrast.
Continue to the Mastic Museum, dedicated to the island’s unique resin harvested only here—learn about the collection and production process, valued since antiquity for its many uses. To end the day, visit a beautiful Aegean beach, where you can relax and enjoy crystal-clear waters and a serene landscape. Return to the port for the ferry back to Çeşme, Türkiye. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 10. Izmir/Kuşadası – Bursa – Istanbul

Breakfast. Departure at approximately 08:00 (time to be confirmed by the guide) to visit Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Enjoy a panoramic tour of this historic city and admire the impressive Green Mosque and Green Mausoleum, iconic landmarks known for their exquisite decoration. Continue to Istanbul and check in at the hotel upon arrival. Overnight.

Day 11. Istanbul – Panama

Breakfast. At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to board Turkish Airlines flight TK-800 at approximately 08:00 for the return to Panama City.

Get a good night’s sleep the night before your flight.
• Stay hydrated throughout the entire trip.

6. Money and payments
• Carry some cash for local purchases (souvenirs, snacks, tips).

7. Weather and mindset
• The weather can change quickly (cold, sun, wind), so dressing in layers is key.
• Maintain a positive and flexible attitude: in high-altitude or natural destinations, there may be changes due to weather or local authorities.
• Always follow the guide’s instructions during hikes and tours.

8. Technology and communication
• Charge all devices before each tour.
• Have WhatsApp with roaming activated or an international eSIM.
• Download offline maps of the destination in Google Maps.
• Keep your phone on battery-saving mode during long hikes.

9. Safety
• Do not leave valuables visible on buses or during tours.
• Keep your belongings close at all times.
• Stay on marked paths and do not separate from the group.
• In high-altitude areas, walk slowly and inform the guide if you feel dizzy or short of breath.

10. Before traveling
• Confirm flight times and connections.
• Verify all pending payments with Get Panamá.
• Check that all your clothing is clean, dry and ready to pack.
• Download and save the activity schedule and emergency contact numbers.

1. Rates and Changes

Prices confirmed at the time of booking will be honored, provided the client complies with the agreed payment schedule.
Changes requested by the client (dates, names, accommodation, etc.) may generate additional costs and are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

By the client:

The initial deposit of $100 is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: payments made (excluding the deposit) may be used as a credit toward another tour with Get Panamá.
Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the amount paid to date will be retained.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure: no refund applies, as all services will already be prepaid.

Exception for international travelers:

If the client shows a flight itinerary proving that their trip is the following day and an unforeseen change occurred, a full or partial refund may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. No Show or Late Arrival

The client must arrive on time according to the official itinerary provided by Get Panamá.
In case of No Show or late arrival, the reserved space is lost with no right to a refund.
Rebooking may be offered only if there is availability and additional costs may apply.

4. Mandatory Documentation

Passengers must present:

Valid ID card or passport.
Travel authorization for minors, where applicable.

No passenger will be allowed to board without valid documentation.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be made for services not used due to the client’s personal decision.
If a service cannot be provided due to weather conditions, force majeure, or decisions by maritime/tourism authorities, the service will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Liability

Get Panamá acts as a direct operator and, in some cases, as an intermediary with third parties (hotels, transport companies, local operators).
It is the client’s responsibility to comply with schedules and safety regulations.
Get Panamá is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

7. Payment Methods

Any personal inconvenience at the airport—such as an expired passport, minors’ exit permits that do not meet the required legal conditions, name duplication (homonyms), legal claims or restrictions, arriving at the airport outside the indicated time, or any other circumstance beyond our control—will result in the passenger being unable to travel and forfeiting 100% of the tour package.

These cancellation policies are subject to change in exceptional events of force majeure or acts of God—unforeseeable, unavoidable, and irresistible circumstances. Examples include pandemics or epidemics, acts of terrorism, uncontrollable natural events (such as tsunamis), or man-made events with global or local impact that directly affect service delivery and pose a serious risk to passengers’ safety, health, and overall wellbeing.

Nature of the Service
Fixed-date tours with limited spaces and pre-established logistics.
By booking, the client fully accepts this policy.

Rate definition: any fare on promotion, with discounts or coupon codes is considered a Promotional Rate; the Regular Rate is the published rate without discounts.

Trip Notes

Final travel documentation will be delivered 8 days prior to departure.
Accommodation may be arranged in Izmir or Kuşadası, depending on the season.

Passport Requirements

A clear, legible copy of each passenger’s passport is required, valid for at least 6 months from the start date of the trip. This must be submitted no later than 45 days before departure.
Medical assistance coverage may be limited if the passport copy is not submitted with the first deposit.
Air tickets will be issued using the passport details provided. Name changes or corrections are not permitted, and tickets are non-refundable.

Documents

Vouchers and/or travel documents will be sent by email 8 days before departure.

Optional Excursions

Optional visits or tours listed in the itinerary will be offered by our local operator at the destination and may be purchased either in advance or on-site. However, if the passenger chooses to participate, they should not contract these activities through a different operator, as circuit schedules may vary. The guide has full discretion to change the order of scheduled visits due to logistical, operational, or weather-related reasons, while always respecting the services contracted.

We are not responsible for services contracted with third-party companies.

Reservations with Deposit and Biweekly Payments

1. Reservation and Initial Deposit

To secure a space, the client must make an initial deposit of $100 per person.
The deposit is non-refundable, except for justified causes described in the Cancellation Policy section.
The reservation is considered CONFIRMED only once the client sends proof of payment and receives written confirmation from the Get Panama team.

2. Biweekly Payments

After the initial deposit, the client may make payments every two weeks until the total cost of the trip is paid.
All payments must be completed no later than 14 days (2 weeks) before the departure date.
If the client fails to comply with the agreed biweekly payments and/or does not complete the final amount by the deadline, Get Panamá may:
- Release the reserved space with no obligation to issue a refund.
- Offer a rebooking option (if applicable), subject to fare differences.

Airfare Terms for Group Departures

Promotional group fare applies.
Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-changeable. No rerouting or date changes are allowed. Fuel surcharges (Q fuel), VAT, and administrative fees are subject to change without prior notice due to government regulations in each country.
We are not responsible for passengers’ immigration status and do not provide immigration advisory services. It is the passenger’s responsibility to consult Panama’s immigration authorities regarding requirements based on their specific immigration status, whether as a Panama resident or resident of another country. We recommend that passengers review travel restrictions, warnings, visas, permits, advisories, and guidance issued by the Panamanian government before booking an international trip.
Baggage allowance: 2 checked bags of 23 kg each, plus 1 carry-on of 8 kg in the cabin. (For the overland circuit, 1 piece of 23 kg is allowed on the bus. Carrying 2 pieces per person during the Anatolia circuit may result in extra charges, which must be paid directly by the passenger.)
We are not responsible for airline operational changes. The airline may modify flight schedules at any time. It is important to confirm flight times with the sales advisor before purchasing any domestic tickets. (We recommend booking a domestic flight the day before the trip, or allowing a minimum of 8 hours prior to the international departure.)
If passengers independently change their confirmed flights, they will be responsible for any costs generated related to land services, flights, and unused services.
The airfare for this program is point-to-point: the origin and return points are those confirmed on the issued ticket. Partial use or route changes are not permitted. If, for any reason, the passenger is forced to interrupt the planned flight itinerary (whether by personal choice, accident, negligence, urgent return, illness, legal or immigration requirements, etc.) and cannot take the flights as confirmed, the ticket will be forfeited in full under the promotional fare rule “no date or route changes”, and no refund will apply. Medical certificates do not apply.
Once the ticket is issued, it is considered finalized. If the passenger cancels their trip, no airfare refund will be granted.
Seat assignment is completed directly by the passenger during online check-in.
The purchased ticket does not allow mileage accrual.

Important Baggage & Liability Notice

Do not include valuables (cash, jewelry, credit cards, etc.), critical items (medications, keys, business documents, etc.), irreplaceable items (unique manuscripts, family keepsakes, artwork, etc.), or fragile items (electronic devices, glasses, glassware, musical instruments, etc.) in checked luggage at the time of check-in.
You may place a paper inside your luggage with your name, phone number, and email address to assist with identification in case the baggage tag is detached.
If upon arrival your luggage does not arrive or is damaged, you must report it immediately to the airline at the airport. After filing the claim, you will be given a reference number (PIR / baggage incident report number, e.g., ISTTK12345). You must then submit the request through the airline’s baggage incident notification and tracking page to follow up on your luggage.
Do not include valuables, critical items, irreplaceable items, or fragile items in checked luggage at the time of check-in.
